Will I pass referencing?

To pass a reference check, you must have an annual income of at least 36 times your monthly rent.

✔ If your references don’t pass, you may be required to pay 3, 6, or 12 months' rent upfront.

How do I secure a property?

To reserve a property, you must pay a holding fee to the landlord or agency.

How much does furnishing cost?
